Return Window

  • You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date (the date you or your designated recipient receives the order).

  • Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
  • The 14-day window applies to the physical return of the item(s) as well — please ship returns promptly after initiating the process.

Eligibility & Condition of Returned Items To qualify for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging (if applicable).
  • All tags, labels, and protective materials must remain attached/intact.
  • Items must be returned with the original packing slip or proof of purchase (order number).
  • Proof of purchase may be required for processing.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, or downloadable products
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, cosmetics if opened)
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper care

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund (if approved) to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • If only part of an order is returned, shipping costs are not refunded.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, please contact us with photos/details within 14 days — we may cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
